Clinique Dominique Girard offers a range of medical aesthetics treatments across injectables, skin resurfacing, and other procedures. As patient demand grew, inbound scheduling calls became a significant operational burden — consuming staff time that belonged in the treatment room.

  • Scheduling calls dominated staff time. A large share of inbound calls were routine appointment requests that didn't require clinical judgment — yet they landed on the same team managing patient care, creating constant context-switching.
